Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the VinoPaint service, including all features and our website and user experience, and all content associated therewith (the “VinoPaint service” or “service”). By using, visiting, or browsing the VinoPaint service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the VinoPaint service, including our website.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the VinoPaint service and you should read them carefully. The VinoPaint service is provided by Sonya Paz Incorporated.

Changes to Terms of Use
VinoPaint reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use, in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. This page is always available for your review.

How the VinoPaint Service Works
VinoPaint is a social entertainment service providing its customers with an art learning experience of painting/creative instruction by a professional artist. These classes are provided via live and virtual online classes. For Live events these classes are held at at local eating, drinking, community centers, public places etc.
(UPDATE as of January 2021, we are not offering live classes at this time, we are only offering virtual online classes.)

Virtual Class Events/Webinars
All about VinoPaint Virtual Events. Virtual events are the newest event type from VinoPaint! Connect with other creatives, friends and family from the safety of your own home 🙂

How do VinoPaint Virtual Events work?
Once you are signed up for a virtual event you will receive a Zoom link to join our virtual event class. Simply Join this link at the start of your event and you can see your host leading your event directly from your device -smartphone, tablet, or computer. You may choose to activate or deactivate the camera on your device. when your camera is active you will be visible to the host as well as the other participants. More info on this is located on our FAQ page. VinoPaint Virtual event tickets are nonrefundable. However, our classes will be archived and you can access these at a later date for your convenience. Contact us for more information. Please note while on the Zoom platform your name and/or photo may appear on the listed attendees page.

Supplies and Materials (Live Events)
Your VinoPaint registration allows you to use all of the VinoPaint equipment and materials for your painting experience. These materials are noted, but not limited to; paint brushes, easels, aprons, writing instruments. These are property of VinoPaint and must not be removed from the event. Virtual online events do not have the same supplies as live events, virtual online events are often supplied with a creative kit specific to the class, with applicable paint colors, brushes, supplies and instruction. The creative kits will include a list of additional materials you can consider to have on hand for the instruction.

Photography at Events (Live and Virtual)
Our events are fun energetic events and we do take a lot of photos for our image library and to help promote our other events. We also encourage our attendees to take photos and post them to their social media outlets. These photos may be used on our website and on social media outlets. ie., VinoPaint.com, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Blogs. These may appear in search engine image searches/results and archives. We understand there are times when clients do not wish to be photographed or have their photograph published. If this is the case you must write to us to request that the image(s) be removed, including the exact site, link, reference and location. Removing images from the website and our social media that we  manage is in our control, however, VinoPaint cannot assume any responsibility for any images that are posted by our guests and other parties.

Refunds (Live Events)
Refunds for live in person events may be honored 7 days before the scheduled VinoPaint event. This is non refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event.  If you cannot make your event, your registration may be transferred to a family or friend. We require your email authorization for this transfer and the names of the individuals that will be taking your place. Based on the instructor and the confirmed venue for these pre-registered events, we must adhere to this policy. Consideration may be allowed to apply your registration to another event, this is a case by case basis and you must contact us in writing. If consideration is allowed there is a $10.00 per person rescheduling fee. This may only be applied within 60 days of your cancelled event. No refunds are given for ‘no shows’.

Virtual events are non refundable. If you are unable to make it at the scheduled time there may be a replay via video, this depends on the instructor. The creative kits will be shipped out to you several days in advance. If for some reason you do not receive the kit based on shipping delays which we cannot predict, a reschedule date will be applied. If you are unable to make the rescheduled class date, then a link for a replay of the class/workshop may be provided. If there are any refunds it will be considered and is a case by case minus the cost of the kit, no exceptions, creative kit costs will be applied.

Event Cancellations (Live Events)
The energy of our events are fueled by the larger attendance that our venues require for our booking agreements. We have a minimum capacity requirement with many of our venues, they rely on our confirmed attendance for their food and beverage planning and our commitments and our business relationships. If the attendance falls below their required minimum within 72 hours of the event, VinoPaint reserves the right to cancel the event. We notify our attendees via email and in some cases, via phone. Registrations will be refunded if an event is cancelled by VinoPaint.
If the event is cancelled by the person or organization requesting the event within 7 days of the event, VinoPaint retains the deposit and fees are non refundable. Event contracts will be applicable to confirm events.

We presently take PayPal Merchant Services as our payment provider. Since VinoPaint is a component of Sonya Paz Incorporated, your billing statement will be from “Sonya Paz Incorporated”. If you have any questions or concerns about your banking statement or the charges from your bank, please contact us at 408-378-5000 or email us before addressing any disputes with your bank. All disputes are subject to a $20.00 service charge.

Sales and Coupons
Occasionally we have coupons and incentives (promotional codes) and sales for our VinoPaint events. These are offered for larger groups and special events. You can check our event information on our website or from our Facebook page. We promote these specials to our referrals and our own mailing list. We are not presently affiliated with online coupon companies like Groupon or Yelp.
Be sure to check our website, join our mailing list and Facebook page to view the most current promotion. Our coupon codes cannot be used on events that are already listed on sale.
Our VinoPaint events are priced and sold for the VinoPaint event painting experience only. Tickets, vouchers or certificates do not include the cost of food or drink. In some special occasions, depending on the venue and style of the promoted event, may include some type of refreshment, however this will clearly be noted on the event description.

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy sets out how VinoPaint.com and Sonya Paz Incorporated uses and protects any information that you give Sonya Paz Incorporated when you use this website.

VinoPaint.com is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

VinoPaint.com may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You can check this page to be updated of any changes. This policy is effective January 2015.  When you sign up for an event you are automatically in our database for receiving event confirmation, tickets and notifications along with future news and events. This is often referred to as an “Opt In” We never share your personal information with any other parties or sell our list to anyone. You can unsubscribe at any time.
